研究概况

以微流控芯片及其与质谱、光谱联用分析技术为基础,发展生命分析与药物分析新方法,开发生物医用新材料新器件,发明器官类器官芯片新模型,致力于服务国家药品质量与安全、新药创制以及中药现代化研究与开发。近年来重点聚焦于器官类器官芯片、单细胞亚细胞分析及基于质谱的多组学分析等。曾主持完成国家重大科技专项第一个微流控芯片药物研发关键技术项目,在器官芯片核心关键技术及血管、肝、肾、肠等器官芯片模型研究方面取得重要进展。2016-2020年间以第一发明人申请发明专利16项(授权8项),以通讯作者在Nat. Protoc., Adv. Mater., Anal. Chem., Lab Chip等重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文59篇(14篇IF>10)。工作以来累计发表SCI论文180余篇,Web of Science引用5000余次,发明专利30余项。部分研究成果已在制药企业、临床医院得到广泛应用,曾合作获得国家科技进步二等奖3项。
